You can sign in using either email/password or Google Sign-In. To create an account, open the app and choose your preferred sign-in method. If you use email/password, you'll create an account directly in the app. If you choose Google Sign-In, you'll use your existing Google account. On iOS, Apple Sign-In is also available.

If you signed in with email/password, use the "Forgot Password" link on the sign-in page to reset your password. If you signed in with Google Sign-In, password changes are handled by Google. Go to your Google account settings (myaccount.google.com) to update your password or recover your account.

Please email us at application@virginmarybayonne.com with a short description of the issue and your device type (e.g. iPhone 14, Android). We'll get back to you as soon as we can.

In the app: Sign in, open Profile, and tap Request account deletion. This opens a pre-filled email with your registered email and user ID — review and send it to submit your request.
By email: Write to application@virginmarybayonne.com with the subject "Account deletion request — Virgin Mary & St. John Church app" and include your full name and registered email address.

Giving options (PayPal and Zelle) are presented in the app. For questions about a donation, refunds, or recurring giving, contact us at application@virginmarybayonne.com and we'll help you out.

The app supports English and Arabic. Open App Settings → Language to switch languages at any time. Your preference is saved on your device.

Prayer requests are end-to-end encrypted and visible only to your assigned priest. They are not shared with other congregation members or church staff outside the clergy prayer inbox.

To book a confession appointment, open the app and navigate to Confession Appointments. Select an available time with your clergy and confirm your booking. You can set reminder preferences in the app. If you need to reschedule or cancel, use the appointment details screen or contact application@virginmarybayonne.com.
