By accessing and using the Virgin Mary & St. John Church mobile application ("App"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

The App provides information about church services, events, announcements, hymns, and other church-related content. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the App at any time.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful code, viruses, or malware
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including text, images, logos, and software, is owned by Virgin Mary & St. John Church or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

6. User-Generated Content

If you submit content to the App (such as profile information), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the App. You represent that you have the right to grant this license.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services (such as Google Sign-In, which is an optional authentication method, and payment processors). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for third-party services.

9. App Store Terms

If you download the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you agree to comply with their respective terms and conditions. This agreement is between you and us, not with Apple or Google.

10. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Virgin Mary & St. John Church, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time through your profile settings.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
